Our founder, Lenny Tierney, began his career in staffing, where he saw the daily challenges agencies face beyond recruiting, the constant need for funding to make payroll and support growth while managing the operational demands of a growing business.

Believing there had to be a better way, Lenny founded Madison Resources in 1992, helping establish what would become the staffing funding industry and positioning Madison as an early pioneer in the space.

For more than three decades, Madison has helped staffing firms overcome cash flow barriers through reliable payroll funding and comprehensive back-office support.

Today, more than 34 years later, Madison Resources continues that legacy under the leadership of Lenny’s two sons. In an industry where many providers have been absorbed by large financial institutions, Madison remains one of the last truly independent, family-run companies in the staffing funding space.
