Nick joined Madison Resources in 2016 as National Sales Executive. After a successful 7 years in that position, he was promoted to a newly created position Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). As CRO, Nick is accountable for driving Sales as well as better integration and alignment between all revenue-related functions, including marketing, customer support, and revenue management.
Prior to joining Madison, Nick had deep experience in asset-based lending spanning over three decades. During his career at Damian Services Corporation, he led the team responsible for providing financial and productivity solutions to independent staffing companies. He was instrumental in its successful sale to Sterling National Bank (now Webster) in 2015.
