Lisa joined Madison Resources in 2006 as a Payroll Administrator before being promoted to Payroll Team Lead, then Assistant Payroll Manager, Payroll Manager and now Director of Payroll and AR Operations. She came to Madison Resources with over 20 years of customer service, management and employee development experience. She ensures compliance with state and federal payroll tax laws, labor statues and regulations. Lisa manages and resolves issues relating to payroll production and reviews, updates, creates and implements payroll control, policies and procedures. She also collaborates with the Technology Services Department on the development, modification, maintenance and enhancements of all Payroll interfaces and systems. 

Lisa holds an Associates of Science in Business Management from McIntosh College and graduated with honors from the RWC Regional Technology Center - Business Skills & Occupations. She is a Certified Staffing Professional and has Certifications in Accounting and Business Law.
