Michelle joined Madison Resources in August 2009 as General Accounting Manager. Four years later, after installing a proper system of internal controls, redesigning monthly financial statements and completely overhauling the reconciliation process, she was promoted to Corporate Controller. She currently manages the Finance, General Accounting, Treasury, Client Reporting, Client Services, Risk Management and Contracts Administration departments. Additionally, Michelle oversees external audits/bank exams and corporate tax administration.

Prior to joining Madison, she spent seven years at Symantec and Attachmate, in various accounting manager roles. Her early career was spent in the regional accounting firms of Baker, Newman & Noyes based in Maine and Cummings, Lamont & McNamee in New Hampshire following an Internal Auditor role at TD Bank. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science with dual majors in Accounting and Finance from Franklin Pierce College where she graduated summa cum laude. She is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maine.
