Rick joined Madison Resources in 2013 with over thirty years of staffing specific industry experience, eighteen of them with TAD Resources International.TAD, at the time of its sale to Adecco, had $1.2 billion in revenue, 365 offices in the US, Canada & England and was employing thirty-five thousand contingent workforce weekly. As CFO, Rick oversaw the successful acquisition and integration of over one hundred companies. He also spent seven years with Kenda Systems, an IT specific provider of contingent workforce with offices throughout the US and England and two other staffing trade niche businesses in the IT and skilled construction trade. Rick has an undergraduate degree in Economics and Business and an MBA with an emphasis in Finance & Taxation.
