After an excellent several-year relationship with Madison, we made the mistake of thinking that the only thing that mattered was price and chose to be tempted to jump to another company for a small reduction in the fee. What a mistake. The reporting was awful, the transition was very poorly organized and the support non-existent. Within five months we could not take it anymore and Madison worked with us to exit the arrangement. We have been back with Madison for several years now and I cannot imagine being anywhere else.
