Andrew joined Madison Resources in September of 2015 and is responsible for leading our sales teams at a national level and developing a long-term strategy for success. Andrew joined the Madison family following his 15-year career in the staffing industry. Andrew started in the staffing business as a technical recruiter and was then promoted to being a Sales Manager for two of Aerotek's divisions as well as running teams.

During his time at Aerotek, Andrew hit 4 annual contests along with being a million-dollar producer. Andrew then moved into the technology sector as a Practice Director for Impellam North America. Since joining Madison, Andrew has gained a deep knowledge of the back-office, technology and finance aspects of the business making him a trusted advisor. Andrew has been able to use his deep understanding of the staffing industry along with his experience and perspective to further connect with clients and understand their challenges.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Vermont double majoring in History and Psychology and has the Certified Staffing Professional certification.
